Ronald Dahl, Ph.D.
Dr. Dahl is a Licensed Psychologist in Maryland and Pennsylvania. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical & Forensic Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his Forensic Internship at the Federal Medical Center in Butner, North Carolina. He completed a Post-doc Residency at Penn State –Harrisburg, and a Residency at the Watershed Treatment Center, in FL.
Starting in 1993, Dr. Dahl has worked in several venues in the mental health field, including inpatient substance treatment, community mental health, inpatient psychiatric, and medical hospital settings. He has extensive training in psychopharmacology and has participated in psychiatry grand rounds. Currently, he primarily works with adults and older teens in individual therapy, and uses research-based treatment techniques to help resolve patients’ symptoms and improve their quality of life. Emily Keiper, PMHNP
Ms. Keiper is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), licensed in Maryland. She earned her nursing degrees from Allegany College of Maryland, Frostburg State University, and her Master’s degree in nursing was completed at Walden University, focusing on Psychiatric Mental Health across the Lifespan. She also earned a degree in Psychology from West Virginia Wesleyan College. Collectively, she has over 13 years of experience in the field, and is able to provide psychiatric services to all ages.
Meeting the needs of her community through mental health care is Ms. Keiper’s passion. She provides comprehensive therapeutic interventions, including both medication and therapy. She uses treatment approaches that are empirically validated in meeting the needs of her clients. She works with all general mental health issues and is experienced with a variety of client populations and life issues. Mary Pat Trumbule, LCSW-C
Ms. Mary Pat Trumbule is a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C), in the state of Maryland. She completed both her undergraduate and graduate training at West Virginia University. Her education, training and clinical experiences have allowed her the opportunity to work with a variety of populations in a number of practice settings, including outpatient community mental health and integrative medical center care. She has experience treating people of all ages, but currently focuses on assisting adults through all stages of life. Ms. Trumbule believes her work as a clinician is to empower and assist clients in finding the strategies that best help them gain insight into the areas they desire to see change or heal. She utilizes multiple evidenced based practice interventions while integrating creative techniques to assist people in finding the tools they can utilize to promote change.
Christina Davis, LCPC
Christina Davis is a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), licensed in Maryland. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Frostburg State University in Counseling Psychology. She has worked in our community for many years, primarily in mental health services. Her education, training and clinical experiences have enabled her to work with a variety of populations in several settings, including inpatient psychiatric, outpatient, and medical hospital settings. Ms. Davis tailors her work with clients to fit each person’s needs, utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices. She works with clients across a spectrum of mental and emotional disorders and has experience working in the areas of trauma, substance abuse, and adolescent development.
Amy Stafford-Schroyer, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC
Mrs. Stafford-Schroyer is a certified registered nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatric mental health. She earned her nursing degrees from Allegany College of Maryland, Chamberlain University, and her Master’s in nursing from Walden University in Psychiatric Mental Health across the Lifespan.
Her focus is to help people improve their mental health through both a traditional and an integrative approach. She is certified to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication for children, adolescents, and adults. Some of Mrs. Stafford-Schroyer’s specialties include ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and Insomnia, among others.
Mrs. Stafford-Schroyer focuses treatment on the body as a whole, using traditional medications, as well as integrative treatments, vitamins/supplements, lifestyle modifications and stress management to help her patients. Her attention to detail and compassion for others, helps her provide an individualized treatment plan to each patient.
Leanne Orlando, PMHNP
Ms. Orlando is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), licensed in Maryland and Florida. She earned her advanced practice degree through the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at Frostburg State University. She has worked in several practice areas throughout Maryland. And through this work and training, she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a deep understanding of the unique mental health needs of diverse populations.
Ms. Orlando’s approach to care is centered on collaboration, working closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans. She has a passion for delivering holistic, compassionate mental health care to patients of all ages. She is dedicated to empowering her patients through compassionate care that addresses their spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. Through warmth, empathy, and a commitment to comprehensive care, she strives to help each patient achieve a balanced and fulfilling mental health journey.
